You made it

 Hello my friend!

You did it, you survived another week. I know, there were some close calls, some were too close for comfort,  but that is okay. What is important is that you are still here. I am proud of you. You faced up to your challenges and made it through.

Courage is not to seemingly never have struggles, it is knowing you struggle and still pushing forward in the face of adversity. Keep going, keep pushing on one day at a time, one hour at a time. You can do this.
