As I begin exploring the culinary world again I am excited to see what is out there. However, I love to cook for others much more than I do for myself. Therefore, send me your requests! Let me know what types of food you want to see, everything from the mundane to fine dining, camp cooking to homemade cookies, mid-western to world cuisine are welcome suggestions. I am only limited by ingredient and equipment availability so let me know what you want me to make and I will work my way your requests as best I can.
I may not be a classically trained chef, but I can muddle my way around the kitchen fairly well :)
